NutriCulture 100x CellSAFE SHIFT Blue is a ready-to-use concentrated solution developed to help maintain the water pan of CO₂ incubators in a cleaner and safer condition during routine cell and tissue culture applications. The product supports the prevention of undesired microbial and fungal growth in incubator water pans, helping to reduce contamination-related risks in cell culture laboratories.
The product has a dark blue appearance in concentrated form. After dilution in incubator water, the solution turns pale blue. This pale blue color indicates the recommended working condition. If the color of the diluted solution changes from pale blue to green or yellow, the water in the incubator pan should be replaced and fresh NutriCulture 100x CellSAFE SHIFT Blue solution should be prepared.
A color shift to green or yellow may also indicate a possible deviation in the CO₂ level of the incubator. In such cases, users are advised to check the incubator CO₂ settings and verify that the incubator is operating within the recommended range.
NutriCulture 100x CellSAFE SHIFT Blue does not contain corrosive components and is safe for routine use in CO₂ incubator water pans. It does not damage stainless steel surfaces, water pans, shelves, sensors, or other incubator components when used according to the recommended protocol.
