ClearBand Laemmli Sample Buffer 4x is a premixed buffer for protein sample preparation prior to loading on SDS-PAGE. It is supplied as 4x concentrate. 100 μl B-mercaptoethanol should be added per 900 μl ClearBand Laemmli Sample Buffer 4x prior to use.
