3. Orders & Acceptance
3.1. By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in accordance with these Terms.
3.2. All orders are subject to availability and acceptance by EcoTech Biotechnology.
3.3. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of incorrect pricing, product discontinuation, export restriction, or suspicion of improper use.
4. Prices & Taxes
4.1. All prices shown on the website are in the currency indicated (unless stated otherwise).
4.2. Prices do not include shipping, customs, duties, or taxes unless expressly stated. These will be added to the invoice where applicable.
4.3. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price applicable to your order is the price confirmed in our offer/proforma invoice.
5. Payment Terms (Prepayment)
5.1. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, prepayment is required for all orders.
5.2. We will issue a proforma invoice showing product(s), shipping (if applicable), and total amount payable.
5.3. Your order will be processed and shipped only after we receive the full payment in our account.
5.4. Bank transfer charges or other transaction fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
5.5. In case of late or missing payment, we may delay shipment or cancel the order.
6. Shipping & Delivery
6.1. Products are shipped to the delivery address specified by the customer.
6.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, courier issues, stock status, or force majeure.
6.3. Risk of loss or damage to the products passes to the customer upon handover to the carrier, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
6.4. Temperature-sensitive or hazardous products may require special shipping conditions and may not be available for all destinations.
7. Inspection & Claims
7.1. You must inspect the products upon receipt.
7.2. Any claims for damage, shortages, or incorrect items must be reported to us in writing within 3 (three) business days of delivery, with supporting evidence (photos, delivery note, etc.).
7.3. If the claim is accepted, we may, at our discretion, replace the product, issue a credit, or refund the purchase price for the affected item.
8. Returns
8.1. Due to the nature of laboratory and biotech products, returns are generally not accepted once the product has been shipped, especially for temperature-sensitive, perishable, sterile, or opened items.
8.2. Any return must be pre-authorized by EcoTech Biotech in writing. Unauthorized returns may be refused.
8.3. If a return is accepted, products must be in their original, unopened packaging and kept under appropriate storage conditions.
9. Product Warranty & Limitations
9.1. We warrant that our products will conform to the specifications stated on the product label or datasheet at the time of shipment.
9.2. This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
9.3. Our liability is limited, at our option, to replacement of the product or refund of the purchase price of the nonconforming product.
9.4. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of experiments, or loss of profit resulting from the use or inability to use the products.
10. Compliance & Export
10.1. You are responsible for complying with all local laws and regulations regarding the purchase, import, use, and disposal of our products.
10.2. Some products may be subject to export controls or may not be shipped to certain countries.
11. Intellectual Property
11.1. All content on this website (text, images, logos, product descriptions, documents) is owned by or licensed to EcoTech Biotech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
