ClearBand 10x PCR Reaction Buffer, (w/o MgCl2) supports routine molecular biology workflows by helping maintain stable reaction conditions during thermal cycling. When diluted to 1x final concentration in the PCR reaction, ClearBand 10x PCR Buffer, (w/o MgCl2) contributes to reliable amplification performance and consistent results. It may be used as a core reaction component together with DNA polymerase, dNTPs, MgCl₂, primers, template DNA, and nuclease free water. The product is supplied in a convenient 5 × 1 mL format, allowing easy handling and helping reduce contamination risk during repeated use.
